Following his recent appointment as Public Service Cabinet Secretary (CS), Moses Kuria has taken a spiritual turn, seeking divine guidance and sharing gospel songs on social media.

In response to his new role, Kuria posted a picture of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua without further explanation, leaving it open to interpretation.

He also shared Elijah Miller's gospel song, "Ihinda Riakinya" (When the Time Comes), emphasizing divine blessings manifesting at the right moment despite obstacles and inspiring perseverance.

In another tweet, Kuria shared a gospel song by Paul Waiganjo, "Wi Ngai Mahinda Mothe" (You are God all the time), highlighting God's unwavering faithfulness.

Expressing feelings of being surrounded by darkness, Kuria sought divine guidance, sharing a song by John Murage that reflects on facing challenges and finding solace in God's rescue.

Despite public disagreements with Deputy President Gachagua, Kuria has emphasized that Kenya is for everyone, regardless of political affiliation. Gachagua has also dismissed calls for Kuria's dismissal from office, stating their harmonious working relationship.

Amid controversies, including a prediction of rising fuel prices and demands for his resignation, Deputy President Gachagua affirmed his support for Kuria, dispelling rumors of a rift between them.
