Media Personality Linda Ogutu has asked Kenyans to pray for her after she was shortlisted for the position of Chief Administrative Secretary.
Taking to her Twitter account, Lindah urged her followers to love and be kind to each other as they go through the list of other shortlisted candidates.
"Mkiamka kesho mtapatana na hii list. Naomba tupendane kama wakenya. Tafathali naomba muamke, mkunywe chai na mniombee. Maisha ni kuombeana please," she tweeted.
Public Service Commission on Monday released a list of 224 individuals who have been shortlisted for the CAS positions.
PSC said they will conduct interviews from March 1 and successful candidates will be appointed by President William Ruto.
Other notable individuals shortlisted are: Bishop Margaret Wanjiru, Cleophas Malalah, Evans Kidero, Millicent Omanga, Dennis Itumbi, Purity Ngirici and Macdonald Mariga Wanyama.
Others are Mwanaisha Chidzuga, James Ongwae, Nicholas Gumbo and Isaac Mwaura.
In May 2022, Lindah was appointed as head of secretariat at the Football Kenya Federation transition committee.
With 27 other members, her main mandate at the time was to oversee matters of football in the country following the disbandment of the FKF.
When her six months term elapsed, Lindah said it was an honor to serve at FKF, adding it wasn't an easy experience.
"It has been a great honour to serve on the FKF caretaker/Transition committee for close to a year. We are done. Wasn't easy but an experience I wouldn't change for anything. Great lessons," she said.
