Journalist Jacque Maribe has sent a stern warning to comedian Eric Omondi, urging him to stop mentioning her name in his daily drama and comedy acts.

Maribe's warning comes in response to Omondi's insinuation that she had refused to undergo a DNA test to determine the paternity of her son, Zahari.

In a firm statement, Maribe expressed her frustration with Omondi's use of her name for publicity and clout.

"Mr. and Mrs. K were just chilling, then suddenly, I started receiving calls and messages about someone called Eric talking about me. Let me respond for the last time. I am tired of this nonsense. I have kept quiet for a long time. This liar called Eric should come correct, or I will provide evidence. And that's on period," Maribe said.

She emphasized that she has restrained herself from responding to Omondi's lies, and she urged him to leave her name and her child out of his comedy.

"Let me tell you, Maina. I have resisted responding to this liar. He thinks parenting is part of his comedy. He lies about everything. Leave my name and my child out of your comedy, Eric. I'm tired," warned Maribe.

The warning from Maribe comes after Omondi hinted during an interview on Milele FM that there is a challenge in determining the biological father of Maribe's son.

When pressed by Ankali, Omondi admitted uncertainty, saying, "Sasa sijui. Sijui mimi, but haina shida" ("Now I don't know. I don't know, but it's not a problem").

Omondi mentioned that he occasionally pays child support but hinted that a DNA test is problematic. Ankali asked him why they hadn't done a DNA test to resolve the matter conclusively.

"Umeipata bro barikiwe sana, ndio hiyo bro ushanielewa kabisa. Hio mambo umeipata ndio hiyo bro. Kukue na amani. Watu wengi wameshindwa kusema lakini umesema bro," Eric admitted.

In response to the claims made by Omondi, Jacque Maribe initially laughed off the matter when contacted for comment.

The ongoing saga between Maribe and Omondi has attracted attention and sparked discussions among their fans and the public. Many are keen to see how the situation unfolds and whether there will be further developments or resolutions regarding the DNA test issue.
