The late businessman Francis Kiambi succumbed to a cardiac arrest, according to an autopsy report released by Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor.
Speaking on Friday, January 13, Odour stated that a coronary artery complication caused Kiambi's cardiac arrest due to excess cholesterol in the deceased body.
The businessman was found dead at his home in Karen on Monday, January 9.
A preliminary police report indicated that the businessman passed on after his wife refused to guarantee him a Ksh2 billion loan.

Reports further indicated that Kiambi wanted a Ksh2 billion loan to start a business. However, his wife declined to be his guarantor.
50-year-old businessman-cum-politician's body was moved to Lee Funeral Home after a family doctor confirmed his demise.
Following his demise, his close relatives and staff at a local joint where the deceased spent the better part of the day were also interrogated.
At their home in Tharaka Nithi, the deceased sister Jesicah Kajuju indicated that the former senatorial aspirant hinted through the workers of his financial struggles.
"Before his last moments, some of his workers were coming home and would say that things were not good. The business had slowed down.
"Even as we observed him, we knew that there was a problem. We did not know his struggles in his business, we just got a hint that things were not rosy," she stated.
However, the law enforcement officers are yet to issue a conclusive statement regarding Kiambi's death.
