Renowned comedian Mulamwah has added an unexpected chapter to his love story with his girlfriend, Ruth K, famously known as Bestie. The couple, currently expecting their first child, revealed the amusing details of their initial encounter at a hardware store in Eldoret.

The revelation unfolded in a candid video on Ruth K's YouTube channel, where the playful couple shared their humorous account of how they first met.

In the video, Ruth disclosed, "Yes, you have been asking for the longest time, how we met? It’s funny."

According to Mulamwah, Ruth K had been secretly pursuing him. He humorously claimed, "She is the one who met me, by the way." However, Ruth quickly interjected, urging him to share the true version of their meeting.

"Mimi? Hakuna, msidanganywe, tell them the truth of how we met," she insisted, denying any role in initiating their meeting.

Mulamwah persisted, alleging that she had his pictures on her phone before they met. He playfully accused her of stalking him, asking, "Why did you then have my photos on your gallery by the time we met? You were stalking me."

Ruth defended herself, stating that she had been admiring his outfits. "Heh, is it bad to stalk someone? Si unastalk tuu msee, kama napenda outfit yako, ilikuwa unatafutia mtu wangu au bro wangu, si naangalia tuu."

The couple bantered about the circumstances, with Ruth teasing Mulamwah about his marital status at the time. They revealed that they crossed paths in Eldoret, where she worked at a hardware store.

Mulamwah explained, "We met in a weird place; you can’t believe you would meet someone there, mrembo anafanya kazi uko. I was buying some metals, you know I’m an artist, so we were buying metal rods for a tent, so I was forced to enter a hardware."

He continued, "So, I entered and met a woman on the counter. We talked a bit, ndio kamtu alitoka, ni kama alikuwa anapanga misumari kwa kilo. (That is when she emerged from the back where I think she was arranging nails)."

Mulamwah added that he noticed her beautiful looks, saying, "When she stood up, I was like ei what’s going on?"

Confirming the turn of events, Mulamwah shared that it was Ruth who asked for his contacts. "She texted me and sent me her IG handle. She had kienyeji pictures," he revealed.

This revelation comes after Mulamwah had initially conveyed to his fans that he was not romantically involved with Ruth K, a stance that changed when he visited her family for a traditional wedding.
