Kenyan rapper turned content creator Holy Dave has opened up about an uncomfortable experience with veteran comedian Churchill, revealing that Churchill used to bully him to gain access to Holy Dave's famous sister, Joey Muthengi.

Holy Dave, who has transitioned from music to content creation, shared that this incident occurred many years ago when their family moved back to Kenya from the United States.

"In the 90s, when we returned and settled in Machakos before moving to Nairobi, Churchill was in high school. He attended the same school as one of my older sisters. Whenever he came to our house and the watchman stopped him, he would ask to see me. Churchill would then send me to call my sister, saying, 'You fool, go call me your sister'," Holy Dave recalled, amidst laughter.

Holy Dave expressed his discomfort with friends hitting on his sisters, particularly his youngest sister, Joey Muthengi, with whom he shares a close bond.

"I can't explain why, but it feels weird when a friend hits on your sister. It's not just about me; it's a general feeling among guys. I would feel uncomfortable when my friends tried to pursue my sister. It's even worse when it's a close friend. It feels like they are seducing you because you know them so well, both their good and bad sides," he explained.

Although Holy Dave shared this anecdote with a touch of humor, it sheds light on the boundary-crossing behavior and challenges that can arise within friendships when romantic interests come into play.
