Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission chairperson Wafula Chebukati says that two commissioners and the CEO, Marjan Hussein, were injured in the Monday, August 15 scuffle at the Bomas of Kenya.
He added that two other staff are missing and others were arrested arbitrarily.
“This will be my last election to preside and those who will come later will find an independent commission.”The people of Kenya exercised their democratic right and this is the will of the people,” Chebukati stated.
