Yvette Obura, the mother of Bahati's child, has decided to address the continuous trolling and negative comments she has been subjected to regarding her appearance.

In a live session on Sunday, Obura expressed her appreciation for her looks and directly called out those who have labeled her as "ugly."

During her emotional message, Yvette Obura clarified that she had never referred to herself as a celebrity, refuting claims that had been taken out of context and spread as false information about her.

"I have never been a celebrity. They know their own reasons why they said that," she stated, dismissing the misconceptions.

The online abuse intensified when some individuals started comparing Yvette to another public figure, Pritty Vishy. However, Yvette made it clear that she held no ill feelings towards Vishy and emphasized that it was unfortunate how people resorted to calling her and others derogatory names.

"No harm to Vishy. It is so unfortunate that people are calling us ugly. I am sorry and sending hugs and love to you," she said.

Yvette also acknowledged the impact of cyberbullying and harassment on public figures, demonstrating her understanding of why some choose not to engage with their followers. She lamented how people often rush to judgment without taking the time to understand the context or intentions behind certain clips.

"It makes sense why some public figures do not want to interact with some of you because of the cyberbullying and the harassing since you do not take time to understand where this clip was coming from," she explained.

Despite the hurtful comments she has faced, Yvette maintained a positive outlook. She expressed gratitude to God for her looks and brushed off the negativity, focusing on good vibes and positivity.

She further encouraged her fans and followers to practice empathy and engage with people before making judgments based solely on appearances.

Yvette's response to the trolls has garnered support from many fans, who have praised her for speaking out against cyberbullying and promoting a message of understanding and kindness. Her courage in addressing the issue serves as a reminder of the importance of empathy and respect in online interactions.
