The duo, who have been spending considerable time together, fueled the rumors during a live session on TikTok. In one instance, Nelly Oaks was captured preparing a special meal for Akothee in the kitchen during a live session, affectionately referring to it as a surprise for the "special person."

During a recent drive to work, Akothee publicly expressed affection for Nelly Oaks, using terms like "everything," "babe," and coining the playful term "Mpermanent."

While Akothee and Nelly Oaks had previously separated in 2022, recent interactions suggest a renewed connection. Akothee emphasized their enduring bond, stating, "In Nelly Oaks, I see a brother, a father, a friend. It goes beyond all these things that people say."

At the launch of her daughter Vesha Okello’s new business venture, Chateau 254 Cellar & Gastro Club, Akothee openly praised Nelly Oaks, referring to him as the "man behind my brand" and asserting his integral role in her life.

"To me, Nelly will never be an ex. That’s all, allow me to dance," Akothee declared, taking to the dance floor with Oaks and other celebrities present.

"He has a big heart, and handling me with all my drama is a huge task. Nelly is family, and we come from far away," Akothee expressed.
