Celebrated socialite and entrepreneur Vera Sidika made her triumphant return to Kenya, landing at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on a sunny Sunday afternoon, October 15, following an extended sojourn in the United States.

Her arrival was met with a warm welcome from her family, and it came with updates on her life.

Vera, dressed in a striking hot pink and black outfit, disembarked from her flight, accompanied by four imposing security personnel in black attire, serving as her courteous escorts and bodyguards throughout her journey.

Acknowledging their presence, Vera expressed her gratitude for their protection.

Her entourage included her brother, Josh, and her daughter, Asia Brown. She openly thanked her family for looking after her children during her absence.

Amidst a gathering of reporters and well-wishers at the airport, Vera candidly addressed the ongoing divorce proceedings with her estranged husband, Brown Mauzo. In an interview with Nairobi News, Vera Sidika made her stance unequivocal.

"I do not want to see Brown Mauzo anywhere near me. As far as I know, we have broken up, but it will take time before the divorce goes through," she asserted with unwavering determination.

Nonetheless, Vera's return to her homeland was marked by an air of positivity, as she expressed her joy at being back in the country.

"I am happy to be back in the country. I enjoy being away because I can do my things the way I want," she said, hinting at a newfound sense of freedom during her international travels.

Reflecting on her American holiday, Vera shared her experiences.

"Beverly Hills felt like home after taking a break from traveling," she revealed. The renowned socialite, known for her opulent lifestyle, seemed to have relished her time abroad.

As Vera Sidika eases back into her life in Kenya, the status of her divorce and her future plans continue to captivate public interest. She is also gearing up to shoot the second season of the reality show "Real Housewives of Nairobi," set to air later this year.
